No. Unlike almost all other services, we don't limit there number of claims that can be made.

But, in fairness to all our members, if you make claims we’ll ask you to make a contribution (sometimes called an excess). This starts off small, but rises if you make more claims.

By structuring things in this way, we can keep our prices fair whilst still covering members who need to use our services more than most.

Theft and loss
Up to 2 claims incidents – £50 contribution (excess) per claim
3-4 claims, contribution (excess) of £150 per claim
Subsequent claims, contribution (excess) of £500 per claim

Repair claims covering individual devices
Up to 2 claim incidents – £25 contribution (excess)
3-4 claims, contribution (excess) of £50 per claim
Subsequent claims, contribution (excess) £100 per claim

"Mixed" claims, should they occur, where an incident generates a combination of replacement and repair, will be treated as a replacement incident.
