InMyBag Ltd will have the ability to push files to your device or complete a web restore to get you back up and running. Code42 and In My Bag would only handle your data for the purpose of carrying out the recovery and support service to ensure that you have access to your files, in accordance with our EULA.
You maintain effective control of how your data is handled by retaining the right to access, change and retrieve your data and limiting others’ access through amending the security encryption.
If you would like to amend the access of InMyBag or Code42 so that we have no access to your data then you can increase the Security Settings so that you set your own encryption key - please see how to do this here.
However also note that in an event where you lose your encryption key your data neither InMyBag or Code42 would be able to recover your files.
